A San Diego-based broker specializing in investment properties, commercial leasing and sales, and short-term rental setup and management, Sherry combines deep market knowledge with a genuine commitment to purposeful, client-centered service.
Background
Before founding Wealth Flow Realty, Sherry built an impressive international career spanning finance, law, and technology. She served as a business development leader at Apple across Greater China, managed complex cross-border operations at Linklaters — one of the world's elite global law firms — and led project management and comptroller functions at AIG & AIA across New York and Shanghai. This rare blend of corporate rigor, cross-cultural fluency, and global perspective gives her clients a decisive edge in today's competitive market.
Education
Sherry holds dual MBAs from UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore through the prestigious UCLA-NUS EMBA program. Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and conversational in Japanese, she is equally at home advising local investors and navigating international transactions.
Volunteer Experience
